Duties and Responsibilities:  - Act as a checker for complex and non standard actuarial projects   - Provide support on client work to other team members within and outside the team  - Guide and mentor team members on actuarial principles, tools and processes and help them identify and address their developmental areas through  - Providing regular feedback on their work  - Receiving feedback from them on their developmental areas  - Presenting such instances to group leaders and initiating training programs  - Participate in creating training materials and delivery of training sessions   - Support transition of new services/geographies  - Participate in creating training materials and delivery of training sessions/knowledge-sharing sessions  - Participate as a junior member in a Quality project, global committee, or new initiative kickoff  - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one technical topic throughout the year  - Liaise with Consulting Offices on technical and project management issues  - Understand project management from a work budget and timing standpoint  Required qualifications and skills  - Thorough knowledge of pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals  - Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools  - Strong EXCEL and Word skills  - Excellent communication and good coaching skills  Experience and Eligibility:  - 4-6 years of relevant actuarial/pension experience   - Graduation/Post graduation with Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content
