About the role:  Meesho helps 1000+ resellers find reliable and cost competitive supply to grow their business.   The Operations Lead is responsible for sourcing supply for this business vertical. This includes setting up processes for vendor onboarding, ensuring quality and on time supply, negotiating vendor terms and maintaining vendor relationships  Objectives:  Lead Supply sourcing operations for a few categories in Meesho's reseller marketplace   Ensure supply metrics like quality and timely delivery are met by setting up robust processes and controls  Manage vendor relationships  Gain a deep understanding of the category to be able to find and source the best supply to benefit Meesho's customers  What we look for in a candidate  Startup Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organisation.  Ability to lead: this is a role that requires leading a team  Previous operations experience  Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems  MBA/Btech from a premier institute  2-5 years relevant work experience
