Job Title: Assistant Manager - E-Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

This role is responsible for the development of a exceptional e-sales team while meeting own sales contribution numbers. You should have a proven inside sales experience in healthcare and technology industries and should have independently managed teams in the past.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for working with digital marketing team and lead gen to identify and assign leads

- Consistently exceed defined sales target

- Review, coach and train team members to build higher conversion efficiencies

- Strong experience in CRM & advanced Excel

- Exceptional communication skills

- Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospective students

- Have a good understanding of the product information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective counseling

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred

- 6-8 yrs. experience in sales with at least 2-3yrs. in healthcare or retail inside sales

- Excellent communication, counseling and selling skills

- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Basic knowledge of methods involved in presenting, promoting and selling products or services
