Designation: Marketing manager - Messaging Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Purpose
- To acquire customers via Email, SMS, push notifications and other possible messaging channels.
- To use third party tools available for managing messaging for automation and superior quality messages
- To use third party tools in setting up CRM strategy for the company
- To use marketing analytics tools for analysing marketing program and coming up with plans to keep retention levels high using messaging channels
- To constantly improve RoI from these channels.
- To constantly improve retention rate from these channels
Duties
- Define objective of Medlife's Email & Messaging marketing
- Plan to achieve targets of Marketing so that business objective is achieved.
- Come up with innovative marketing plans each month, test and scale as per performance
- Measure, report, send dashboards of results for this channel
- Use manual or tools to make the process efficient and error free
Expected outcomes:
- Increased Revenue from this channel.
- RoI is as per business requirement
- RoI from individual campaigns is tracked, maintained and improved
- Ensure repeat rate from this channel is as per business requirements
Skills and Competencies
Education:
- Any UG, PG.
- Good to have MBA but not mandatory.
- Background in Maths or Analytics required
Experience in Industry
3+ years in Online marketing
- Proven excellence in customer acquisition and concepts of all facets of Email Marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications and other modes of reaching customers.
- Good to have experience in retail industry, health and wellness industry
- Good to have certifications that show interest in Online marketing.
- Good to have experience with technical integrations for various ad networks, tracking tools
Experience on Tools
- Mail Chimp, icubes and similar tools for managing email marketing, automating messaging based on data analytics.
- Salesforce and similar tools for Customer-Relationship-management
Mandatory
- Passion for Customer satisfaction.
- Fanaticism for quality.
- Good Grasp on content.
- Flair for digital marketing.
- Comfortable with lots of data analysis and data driven decision making.
Reports to: Head - Marketing
Team
As of now this is individual contributor role. Team may be recruited in future to assist in increased amount of work
Level:
Compensation Range : 7 to 10 LPA
