What we seek

A graduate in science, commerce, economics, statistics or engineering, from a leading institution with an exceptional academic record.

A minimum of two years of prior experience, preferably at a consulting or an analytics firm. Prior exposure to healthcare, though not necessary, shall be a bonus

Relevant attributes include being a team contributor, excellent problem-solving abilities and communications skills, strong quantitative skills, and personal maturity. Execution is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for people who are excited about getting their hands dirty in making things happen than being restricted to armchair consulting.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst/ Associate Consultant, you are a fully participating team member, expected to contribute insights through high quality research and analysis. Working with experienced consultants, you would develop models, perform complex analyses, and work on assignments both at the office and at client sites. Medium does not believe in hierarchy and hence, like any other senior member in the team you would be involved in client-facing roles as well.
