JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation : Manager- Medical Services
Objective
To assist the international business team, with the medico-marketing activities.
Key Result Areas
- Conducting In –house training for Sales and Marketing Teams
- Approval of promotional inputs.
- Providing continuous Scientific Information to Product Management team, Field and Doctors on a need-based as well as proactive basis.
- Query handling for medico related problem of the international business team.
- Preparing Medical Literature – Powerpoint presentations , Training manuals , Write-ups for various products , preparing pack inserts , writing review articles for newsletters , etc
- Traveling – for Product Launches, Training Medical Representatives, Meeting Core Doctors, conducting CMEs etc.

Generic Profile
- At least 3-4 year experience in Medico Marketing in a Pharma Company
- MD in Pharmacology / Medicine.
- Pleasing personality, assertive profile with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.
- Self starter / High on Team Working / Influencing skills / Maturity.
- Articulate and well read with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently without much of supervision.
- Good written and spoken English.
- He / she should be ready for International Travel.
