Role: We are looking for a seasoned techno-commercial Manager who would have the opportunity to work holistically within our dynamic ad tech businesses in roles spanning publisher acquisition & development, ad tech operations, analytics, client relationship management, business growth & expansion, strategic planning & development, etc. based out of our Mumbai HQs.

Job Specifications :

- Manage/Mentor a team of Business Development Associates / Account Management Associates / Account Specialists/ Research Analysts as part of the day to day account management routine.

- Be actively involved in resource planning, recruitment and training for this business team.

- P & L Accountability / Overall revenue ownership for the cluster of customers/accounts managed within this Business Unit / team.

- Analyze data trends and client performance metrics to develop responsive & well built strategic sales plans by preparing + conducting strategic pitches & sales presentations to build the further integrity of this business unit resulting in wholesome & continuing revenue generation from this client base.

- Plug leaks & eliminate Business Development/Account Management bottlenecks on a continual basis, ensuring a free flowing pipeline.

- Collaborate and consult with customers with the goal of extending relationships, further increasing customer base as also proactively retaining them, pre-empting any premature exits / loss of business from these customers exiting relationships with us.

- Monitor, analyse & execute structure and processes framework building to facilitate strengthening of existing/dynamic growth.

- Maintain Media.net's brand equity among the cluster of customers managed by your team.

- Continuously audit performance of various aspects within your team to ensure standardization of a high level of service integrity to all our customers.

- Recognize and coach potential and existing leaders, do succession planning for various small teams within the larger team and deepen learning & business acumen across your teams.

Who should apply :

- Applicant must possess a FULL TIME MBA from reputed Tier 1 & 2 B-schools in India (JBIMS, SP Jain, MDI, IMT, MICA, FMS, IIM, ISB, FORE, NMIMS, Symbiosis, KJ Somaiya, TAPMI, NIRMA, etc)

- Should have substantial experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and consultative selling too preferably for a minimum of 4-5 years.

- Must have managed a team of people in her/his earlier role (10+ team members preferred)

- Knowledge of / Experience in the online media/ ad tech space preferred.

- Ability to mentor account managers, business devs and/or research analysts in an effort to drive their performance towards P & L Achievement/Management.

- Ability to deliver results under pressure & timelines.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to operate with intensity and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative work environment.

- Must have prior experience dealing with customers/clients based out of the US since all of our Client base is international.

- Experience coordinating projects with external and internal stakeholders necessary.

- Must be comfortable with & even enthusiastic about revenue responsibilities.

- Good team player. (We're serious. Our work culture promotes an unofficial altruistic, collaborative, no jerks work policy!)

- Ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently

- High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation

- Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology & tech companies.

- Familiarity with the internet search industry preferred

- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Powerpoint and Excel

- Ideally should be below 36 years of age
