Description - Indirect Procurement Media Manager for the Mumbai based Corporate Division reporting to Indirect Procurement Head.

Client Details :

Client in global leader in personal care sector.

Description :

- To supervise the category and business in line with the Groups purchasing strategies and policies, analyze business needs and provide solution under challenging conditions, optimize cost, create value and innovate, evaluate and manage risk and performance.

- To deal with the internal stakeholders and understand their media production and post production needs

- To establish yearly country budget and savings and provide reporting over the year

- To select, evaluate and put together a supplier pool based on the criteria set forth in the purchasing policy and develop close relations with chosen suppliers at local and APAC level

- To conduct negotiations in regard to quality of service, payment terms leading to the signature of master contracts

Profile :

- Procurement experience with production house will be an added advantage.

- Deep understanding of stakeholders needs, supply market and category spend drivers

- Ability to develop tailored strategies for the categories managed

- Strong interactions within country marketing team, stakeholders, zone top management and purchasing corporate

- Able to gain cooperation in implementing significant change in systems, practices and procedures
