S/he will be working in collaboration with the HRM Excellence Unit in MSF OCA (Operational Centre Amsterdam). The Human Resources Management (HRM) department in Amsterdam consists of the units of Administration & Services, Excellence, Office HR, Pool Management, Psychosocial Care and Recruitment & Career Management. The unit HRM Excellence helps design and project manage the HRM department's efforts in building a high-impact HR operating model throughout MSF-OCA. The HR professionals in this unit work closely together with internal and external stakeholders on key expertise areas such as Talent, Reward, HR Analytics, Metrics and Technology.  HR Implementation Specialist  100% Place within the organization   Reports functionally to the Coordinator HR Excellence and administratively to Deputy Head of HR, MSF India Branch Office   Job location : Based in New Delhi, India with international travel ( 70% or more)  Duration :   2 years Fixed Term Contract   Overall Responsibilities :   - Delivers face-to-face training and support to field staff during the deployment process of HR programs - in accordance with project management standards;  - Monitors user acceptance and document improvements (or otherwise) of usability of HR programs (tools, systems and policies);  - Contributes to software testing & providing recommendations to the HR system managers for fixing bugs / improving functionalities / adding reports;  - Supporting the Coordinator HR Excellence with other training, user support, communications and change management activities related to implementation of HR programs;  - Acts as an advocate for project success and best practices;  - Determines employee benefit practices by benchmarking best practices; researching employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact. Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.  - Closely collaborate with colleagues inside or outside the HRM department to support development of new tools or systems enhancements and with the Project Lead on deployment progress to enable project management including escalation in case of localisation issues.  REQUIREMENTS & CANDIDATE PROFILE :   - Experience in implementation of new HR policies and procedures and understanding of organizational issues and (team) dynamics in MSF projects/coordination or similar organization.  - Experience in reviewing of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning/benchmarking.  - The capacity to both develop a strategic vision and align implementation of HR projects accordingly.  - Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Compensation and Wage Structure, Benefits Administration, Quality Management, Confidentiality, Developing Standards  - Assist in development of home country policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function  - Good communication skills.  - Ability to work independently and also with a team in different geographical locations.  - Relevant understanding of and experience with MSF in international settings or similar organization.   - Is able to adjust to the diversity of partners in the field.  - Ability to travel frequently.  RECOMMENDED:   - MSF work experience in the field with substantial exposure to HR Management.  - Experience in IRFFG implementation an asset.  QUALIFICATIONS  Education  - Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent field  Language skills  - Fluent written and spoken English.
