We have a huge market opportunity, a great team, and we- re growing fast.  Job Purpose :  - We are currently seeking an experienced IT Solutions Project Manager to join our team. This is a client/partner-facing role, managing 3-5 complex, strategic IT projects from initiation through delivery. The role will also include extensive involvement with product strategy and helping to build out the company's data and analytics services capabilities.   Duties and Responsibilities :  The IT Project Manager would take full responsibility and accountability of project delivery.   Specific responsibilities include :   - Develop and lead the detailed project planning process for each key IT project, including scoping, schedules, key deliverables, resource planning, etc.  - Create technical specifications  - Assist in providing clarification on product requirements during development  - Identify required developer skill sets  - Work with the developers to vet the proposed technology and development process  - Create technical product documentation after development  - Create user guides and documentation  - Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization  - Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to deliver project outcomes  - Develop integrated project plans to establish, monitor, manage and report key milestones and deliverables  - Support the triage and resolution of critical project issues and scope changes throughout the project phases  - Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project  - Forecast resource requirements and initiate procurement of necessary products and services  Qualifications :  - The successful candidate must have managed several complex IT data and technology projects   - Knowledge and experience in companies with data analytics or business intelligence departments/products is highly desirable.  Requirements :  - Bachelors degree required, preferably computer science, finance or other relevant discipline.  - Minimum of 10 years overall related information technology and project management experience with at least three years of experience in overseas client facing projects  - Experience with Agile methodologies and conducting Scrum meetings  - Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects on time, on budget  - Experience 'wearing multiple hats i.e. a diverse set of responsibilities apart from Project Management  Desired domain experience :  - Consumer credit market and data  - Large scale software/data projects   - Business Intelligence (BI) software   Qualities :  - Character, integrity, work ethic  - Client service mentality  - Team player  - Excellent Communicator  - Very strong organization skills and discipline
