We have a huge market opportunity, a great team, and we are growing fast.  Job Purpose :  - We are currently seeking an experienced Project/Process Manager to join our Academic Data products and services team. This role involves managing automated and manual processes for our new, flagship academic data products, through the development, pre-launch and post-launch phases.  - The role will also include extensive involvement with product development and helping to build out the company's data and analytics services capabilities in the academic space.  Duties and Responsibilities :  The ADP Project/Process Manager is required to :  - Take full responsibility and accountability of the academic data ingestion process, including process definition, setup, documentation, optimization and management.   The process components are :  - Web portal front-end   - Automated ETL  - Manual data entry and validation  - Output generation  - Ensure all development targets and product requirements are met and quality standards are satisfied across the organization  - Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization  - Work with the US team on a daily basis to manage expectations  - Forecast resource requirements and initiate procurement of necessary products and services  Responsibilities by product stage :  Product Development :  - Manage key IT projects, with responsibilities for scoping, schedules, key deliverables, resource planning, etc.  - Help create, update and maintain product specifications  - Assist in providing clarification on product requirements during development  - Work with developers and external vendors on road-map, deliverables and quality of delivered product  - Design & conduct recurring UAT and business-level testing of the product in development  - Create user guides and documentation  Pre-Launch Process Definition and Management :  - Create process specifications for data ingestion  - Coordinate the cross-functional project team for process implementation   - Evaluate process and performance on test / beta launches of the portal  - Analyze usage patterns, with a focus on process optimization  - Create management reporting process and framework  - Create development roadmap for next version of the product  - Maintain process documentation  Post-Launch Products & Processes Optimization and Management :  - Manage deployment and new client integration  - Manage delivery of outcomes to meet client SLAs  - Ensure process reliability in a production environment  - Manage process reporting, deliver recurring updates and insights to management team  - Manage resources assigned to support academic data products & services  - Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project  Qualifications :  - The successful candidate must have managed several complex IT, data and technology projects as well as non-technical processes.   - Knowledge and experience in companies with data analytics or business intelligence departments/products is highly desirable.  Requirements :  - Bachelors degree required, preferably computer science, finance or other relevant discipline.  - Seven to ten years of related information technology and project / process management experience with at least three years of experience in client facing projects  - Experience with proven results improving data based or IT processes  - Experience with Agile methodologies and conducting Scrum meetings  - Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize business processes  - Experience 'wearing multiple hats i.e. a diverse set of responsibilities apart from Process Management  Desired domain experience :  - Consumer credit market and data  - Large scale software/data projects   - Business Intelligence (BI) software   Qualities :  - Character, integrity, work ethic  - Client service mentality  - Team player  - Able to drive action with customers and stakeholders as well as communicate complex issues, results and is comfortable expressing opinions  - Very strong organization skills and discipline  - Being able to influence people without direct authority  - Able to make complex decisions integrating multiple factors from immediate to long term impacts  - Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
