Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Finance COE, you will responsible for:

- Consolidating statutory reports across geographies.

- Monitoring all technical accounting & reporting requirements according to IFRS standards.

- Managing & building relationships with onshore & offshore senior stakeholders.

- Mentoring, coaching & motivating the team.

- Leading migration & transition projects.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with a minimum of 15 years of experience within Financial Services / MNC setup.

- The incumbent should have a strong understanding of balance sheet, ledger & control environment and IFRS standards.

- Prior experience in dealing with senior onshore stakeholders & managing large teams is a key to the success of the role.
