Real Estate Planner :

- To lead and be the main resource on Vision Planning activities of the assigned market.

- To strategically map out the assigned territory or assigned market for McDonald's long term profitable growth through increasing market share and penetration of McDonald's in the QSR industry of India.

- To lead and be the main resource on Vision Planning activities for the assigned territory to maximize returns and asset base opportunities.

- To promote fact-based culture within development team respecting sales projection, market planning, impact analysis, customers survey.

- Is the subject matter expert with Urban Planning, Real Estate trends and new developments.

Education : Any Graduate

Work Experience : 4 -7 years of Real Estate exposure, preferably from Retail / QSR segment.
