Experience in Sales planning roll out of consumer centric promotions, new product launches and business development is desirable.  - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and be able to influence senior management with strong logic and rationale   Job Profile:   - To support and contribute to the development & execution of a strategic marketing plan which continually revitalizes the brand, keeping it fresh and competitive.   - Is responsible to profitably builds sales, transactions, market share and the brand. Key customers include Management, Restaurants, agencies and other functions.  - To lead the development of all marketing strategies and plans across assigned McDonald's brands and/or projects using sound logic, rationale and supporting data in order to build long term brand equity and profitably drive sales.
