McDonalds - Executive - Brand Marketing (1-2 yrs)

- This role involves executing marketing campaigns while adhering to set budget constraints. It includes measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assess the same against ROIs.
- The job entails translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Principle Accountabilities :
Brand Campaigns :
- Assist the AGM (Brand Marketing) in developing and deploying Brand Marketing Plans which include identifying key brand issues and opportunities and zeroing in on key jobs to be done.
- Define campaign objectives and align the same to the business objectives.
- Monitor and execute on ground activation's that form vital part of the Marketing Campaigns.
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities.
- Evaluate effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for 360 degree implementation for the Brand Campaigns.
Budget Management :
- Manage annual Advertising & Promotion budgets for the brand.
- Ensure all activation's and promotions are executed well within the budget.
Vendor Management :
- Work with outside agencies to convey campaign requirements and provide recommendations with overall database and campaign knowledge.
- Draft and brief the agencies on the marketing creative.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the creative.
- Ensure that there are no quality misses in the entire process and accurate information is delivered.
Candidate Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline, Post graduation in Marketing preferred
- At least 2-3 years overall marketing experience (Retail/FMCG/Telecom/Banking/Insurance)
- Experience in Agency/Vendor management
Salary Range: 9-10 LPA
