BRAND CAMPAIGNS  - Assist the AGM (Brand Marketing) in developing and deploying Brand Marketing Plans which include identifying key brand issues and opportunities and zeroing in on key jobs to be done.   - Define campaign objectives and align the same to the business objectives.  - Monitor and execute on ground activation that form vital part of the Marketing Campaigns.  - Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities.  - Evaluate effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.  - Responsible for 360 degree implementation for the Brand Campaigns.  BUDGET MANAGEMENT:  - Manage annual Advertising & Promotion budgets for the brand.  - Ensure all activation and promotions are executed well within the budget.  VENDOR MANAGEMENT:  - Work with outside agencies to convey campaign requirements and provide recommendations with overall database and campaign knowledge.  - Draft and brief the agencies on the marketing creative.  - Evaluate the effectiveness of the creative.  - Ensure that there are no quality misses in the entire process and accurate information is delivered.  CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION:  MBA - marketing with at least 1-2 years of overall marketing experience (Retail/FMCG/Telecom/Banking/Insurance)
