McDonald's India is looking to recruit DGM - People Resources based at Mumbai.   Job title : DGM - People Resources   No. of reports: 5-6 Managers  Reports into : VP - Business Excellence & People Resources   Position Type : Full-time   Candidate Qualification :   - MBA in HR with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience.  - 2 -3 Yrs in Comp & Benefits/ performance mgmt (execution) followed by 8-10 yrs as HRBP exp.
