This position shall be responsible for the Specialty Portfolio market penetration & market share enhancement. Develop initiatives & building blocks to drive specialty business in retail in India   Responsibilities and Accountabilities:   - Responsible for the Fries/Specialty Current business & innovation P&L  - Developing, implementing and executing strategies and initiatives for the Indian market in Retail channels.  - Lead executing new product launches, including research, product development, packaging design and consumer activation.  - Prepare, evaluate and implement marketing programs (for example, TV, digital, PR and in store) working with our agency partners   - Provide in-depth analysis of the marketplace through consumer research/data and competitive trends  - Lead Fries/Specialty extension launches and innovation of new snacking platform in India  - Supporting the commercial team with Consumer insights  - Analyzing market and category dynamics  - Controlling the marketing budget to maximize its return of investment  - Participating in Demand Planning and S&OP processes  Additionally responsible for Media planning on the brand  - Responsible for setting up media objective, planning & execution of media plan along with media agency  Requirements:   Academic:  - Must have: Master's degree in business administration or equivalent  Professional/Technical Accreditation:  Must have: 5 plus Years of Work Experience in FMCG   - Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external):   - Worked within the cross functional team.  - 2 years sales experience will be an added advantage  Critical TECHNICAL : (Function-Specific) Competencies:  - Excellent communicator - both written and verbal, Interpersonal, influencing skills, strong analytical skills.  Critical CORE: (General Behavioral and Business) Competencies:  - Self-Motivated, Action Oriented, Planning, Drive for results, Functional, Technical Skills  - Able to identify opportunity and convert to business success.
