KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Six Sigma  - Lead & successful closure of High Impacting Six Sigma Projects which are linked to Operations & Services Strategy.  - Coach and mentor Green Belt projects  - Establish Regular Six Sigma Projects Review - Champion & Sponsor Reviews.  - Identify opportunities for Cost Management Program & Implement the Identified Cost Opportunities.   - Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.  Business Process Management System  - Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical business processes  - Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the zone  - Conduct Process/Surveillance Audits  - Ensure Closure of Non Conformities   - Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place  Service Quality  - Ensure implementation of CSAT/DSAT feedback actionable  Training  - Facilitate Six Sigma YB training in the Region  - Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs  Communication  - Implement and support the Q&SE communication plan across the function  Key competencies/skills required  - Communication / Presentation skills  - Statistical Skills/Data affinity  - Analytical Thinking  - Facilitation and interpersonal skills  - Project management skills  - Multi Tasking / Time Management  - Change Management skills  - Structured Thinking  - Computer skills with minimum MS office suite  Desired qualification and experience  - Graduate with 6 - 8 years experience with at least 1 year in process documentation, process audits and leading & Facilitating Quality improvement projects  - Green Belt Certification  - Black Belt certified would be preferred, with extra weight age on the number of projects completed.
