Job Summary:   - Manage the operations of MDP Training - Design, Deploy, Deliver learning solutions  - Assist Head - Management Development in the planning and execution of training and development activities for all employees, including taking sessions when required  - Act as a - Learning Partner- to the assigned business area   - Assist in setting up of systems and processes for managing employee training function across the organization  Key Responsibilities:   - Assist Head - Management Development in managing the function effectively  - Operationalize the training plan  - Assist in managing the complete cycle of training process including:  - Training Needs Analysis  - Identification of Organizational interventions: suite of programs targeted at various constituents  - Integration with Functional Training Plans  - Develop / modify and launch programs under guidance of Head - Management Development  - Preparation of planned Training Calendar and communication of the same to relevant stakeholders  - Execution of training activities as per plan   - Evaluation of training effectiveness  - Integration with HR processes such as Performance Management and Talent Management  - Interact with Management Team Members, Line Managers, HR and Training representatives to further the Training agenda  - Own the automation agenda / Training Passport System, and implement it with concerned people, including vendors  - Align with ISO / MPEF process for Training and ensure compliance with audit requirements  - Assist in developing market information about vendors, business schools and other potential specialist partners  - Operationalize and take ownership of Budget tracking, MIS and administrative activities of the function   - Knowledge of Training methodologies, processes and instructional design  - Business Partnership & Consultative Skills  - Ability to develop and execute an organizational training calendar  - Experience in design and delivery of training programs  - Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills   - Ability to use technology and Quality processes to enhance the training function   - Knowledge of vendors and their capabilities in Training arena  - Ability to manage the administration aspects of the role  - Proven Track Record of Managing Projects & deploying organization wide initiatives   Measures Of Success:  Execution Measures:  - Execution of Training Calendar: Actual Vs. Plan  - Execution of new initiatives with respect to the Training Plan: Actual Vs. Plan  - Adherence to Training processes and budgets  - Learning Effectiveness measures  - User satisfaction measures:  - Feedback from Line Managers and participants, and impact on performance  Minimum Experience:  - Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in business environment, and 3-4 years in the area of Training and Development, or related discipline  - Experience of working in a complex, sales driven and distributed network  - Experience in design and delivery of training solutions, excellent facilitation and presentation skills and ability to relate to people at all levels  - Openness to travel as and when required
