Max Life Insurance - Senior Manager - Internal Communication (2-5 yrs)
Position: Senior Manager - Internal Communication
Department: Corporate Communications
Reporting to: Assistant Vice President - Internal Communication
Location: HO (DLF Square) Gurgaon
Job Summary: Co-create and execute Max Life Insurance's internal communications (IC) program. The Internal Communications team member will work closely with and under the guidance of the AVP IC to support corporate communication, brand, HR, and other teams in carrying out internal communication and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage IC platforms - real-time content updates
2. Liaise with teams across MLI for their awareness and communication campaign requirements, discuss, ideate and ensure timely and effective execution
3. Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behaviour and information on business developments from around Max Life are collected, updated real-time and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formats in keeping with internal comms plan aligned to the strategic objectives of the organization
4. Manage the creative agency on retainer
5. Maintain a planned IC calendar of events and platforms
6. Maintain a leadership connect calendar, and actively identify/create content and opportunities
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of IC events and campaigns
8. Work towards increasing employee awareness of strategic organizational objectives and driving employee engagement/participation of employees on IC platforms and during internal activation events
9. Track IC and engagement traffic and analytics
10. Maintain a central content bank on the organization
11. Work closely with the brand team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, judicious use of all IC touchpoints
12. Assist in content writing as required
13. Track developments to update the insurance awareness policy and report
Person specs:
1. 2-5 years of experience in communication, designing, advertising, copywriting
2. High energy and self-motivated
3. Passionate about IC and people connect
4. Eager and willing to learn about the organization, the sector, new skills and technologies in IC
5. A creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive presentation decks
6. Able to and interested in communicating messages effectively in innovative ways
7. Stakeholder management
8. Language skills - fluent in English; fluency in Hindi would be desirable
