AI Works is a newly created specialized unit within Max Life, to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex business problems across the insurance value chain. As part of AI Works team, you would focus on conceptualizing, developing and deploying Artificial Intelligence-based solutions across life insurance value chain to support, sustain and enhance Max Life's Business.

How do you know that you are fit for this role?

- You have a hands-on experience across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and image matching algorithms using PySpark, Scikit-learn, and Tensor Flow etc.

- You have done development with R or Python building NLP applications including text matching, conversational chatbot etc.

- You have been part of a team developing AI-Machine Learning technologies with a strong background in advanced mathematical concepts and equally good understanding of algorithms.

- You can work with a lean team internally, and you are a self starter

- You are passionate about solving business problems with AI

Desired Qualification & Expertise :

- 2-3 years of hands on work experience in NLP, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning

- BE/BTech, MTech, MSc. in Computer science/Information Technology/ ECE or other quantitative disciplines from tier 1/ tier 2 institutes (IIT, IIIT, NIT, BITS or other premiere institutions)

- Strong foundation and hands-on experience in NLP and Machine Learning-

- Should have developed and deployed NLP based solutions with R( tm, korPus, etc) or Python( NLTK, Scikit-learn and Spacy )

- Strong familiarity with Deep Learning methods for text analytics is highly desired - RNN, LSTM, word2vec and other embeddings, Keras/Tensor flow.-

- Knowledge of Chabot platforms and development and deployment of at least 1 NLP based Chatbot or other AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies

- Strong background with advanced mathematical concepts and understanding of algorithms

- Working with Speech to Text and conversational analysis tools /Api, such as Dialogflow is a plus

- Working knowledge of Image matching, and understanding applications of voice and video data is a plus

- Experience in working with cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing (GPU/TPU) be a plus

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop Language models and products on textual User Generated Content for conversational QnA use-cases

- Collect and integrate data from various data sources to be used for building the models. This could involve writing crawlers, connecting to databases for extracting data for training algorithms create features supporting the hypothesis.

- Training and testing ML/DL algorithms, perform iterative experiments with different techniques and features to discover the best performing algorithm.

- Create frameworks to monitor algorithm performance and suggest measures for improvement.

- Perform data analysis from unstructured data to find meaningful and actionable business insights

- Work as a product owner and hold end to end responsibility for NLP based solutions
