KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :  Six Sigma :  - Lead & successfully close at-least 2 High Impacting Black Belt Projects which are linked to your assigned function Strategy in a year.  - Mentor Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects for improving business processes  - Establish Regular Six Sigma Projects Reviews - Champion & Sponsor Reviews.  - Identify opportunities for Cost Management & Revenue enhancement through CI program.   - Management of all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.  Process Excellence (Business Process Management System)  - Coordinate identification, documentation, version control of all critical business processes for assigned functions  - Maintenance / updation of documented process maps for processes and procedures  - Conduct Process/Surveillance Audits (Cross Functional)  - Ensure Closure of Non Conformities for assigned functions  - Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place and dash-boarded  Listening Post :   Ensure implementation :   - Dissemination, Action planning and tracking of CRA/DRA / CTA in your assigned function (as applicable)   - Identify internal measures for other functions not directly supporting to external customers  Training :  - Facilitate Six Sigma GB and Maximizer trainings  - Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs in your assigned functions e.g. Champions Workshop, MPEF, ISO etc  Desired qualification and experience :  - Graduate with 6 - 8 years experience   - Black Belt certified  - Knowledge of project management, six sigma and other quality tools will be an added advantage.  Key competencies/skills required :  - Communication / Presentation skills  - Statistical Skills/Data affinity  - Analytical Thinking  - Facilitation and interpersonal skills  - Project management skills  - Multi Tasking / Time Management  - Change Management skills  - Structured Thinking
