JOB SUMMARY  Will manage the team of Inhouse and outsourced staff whose primary responsibilities include  Managing Business Requirement/Production support for Max Life's main Policy admin systems (Ingenium )  Provide consultancy to business for their IT needs both compliance related as well as operational efficiency related.   End to end responsibility and ownership of solutions from Designing till their implementation (done in Project Mode)  Post Productionization Issue Resolution and Batch support.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Gathering requirement from business users, doing system analysis, and feasibility study, Provide SIT/UAT support.  - Ensure Smooth execution of Batches with providing guidance in case of issues.  - Liaise with business users and technology partners for any system/functional related enhancement/issues.  - Understand the detailed processes from functional and technical standpoint  - Undertake business process mapping/re-engineering activities  - Work with other colleagues in IT to collectively fulfill the system delivery responsibilities on project, that have cross-functional inter-linkages  - Gap Analysis and solutionzing the business needs as per system capability.  - Publish regular status update of the ongoing projects  - Should timely escalate project slippages, risks and any other issues to immediate supervisor and stakeholders  OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:  - To maintain a healthy working relationship with the business users and other members of the IT Team  - Responsible for overall performance, cost and delivery of functional enhancements  Desired qualification and experience  - Preferred qualification is B.E./B Tech/BCA.  - Minimum 3-5 years of experience System Analyst on INGENIUM in Life Insurance  - Should have managed at least one large sized project or several medium sized projects in a technology organization  - Should be working or should have worked with large reputed organizations
