Max Life Insurance - Manager - Business Performance Management & Analytics (2-5 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manager - BPMA will be responsible for driving marketing analytics including but not limited to cross-sell, up sell, customer lifetime value etc. This role requires excellent capability of client and project handling and higher order analytics know how to deliver complex information needs.

This position's detailed responsibilities are listed below:

1. Understands key problems being solved by functional heads and appropriately design solutions basis rigorous data analysis, company's strategy and proposed last-mile implementations.

2. Handles a pipeline of multiple BAUs and ad-hoc descriptive/predictive/prescriptive analysis, prioritizing and ensuring timely delivery without compromising on the quality of deliverables.

3. Exercise superior team management and lead team in project deliveries while being hands-on at the same time

4. Monitors project progress and regularly provide updates to key stakeholders on progress / potential delays.

5. Collaborates with business teams to ensure integration of insights / recommendations into business processes.

6. Demonstrate thought leadership and add value by providing innovative thinking and embedding foremost analytical techniques in work stream.

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

- M.Sc., M.Tech, MBA with at least 2 years of experience in consulting/analytics

- Engineers with Tier 1 colleges (IITs/NSIT) with at least 4 years of experience in consulting/analytics

- Working knowledge of SAS and statistical modeling techniques is mandatory

- Extremely high problem solving skills, having consistently demonstrated in work experience

- Extremely comfortable while working with large data-sets and bringing out insights from data.

- Somebody who enjoys working in ambiguity.

- Be able to convince stakeholders of the value analytics brings to the table
