Job Summary :

- As an Integration Platform Lead, you are part of Enterprise Architecture team focusing on driving innovation, improving delivery effectiveness and enhancing the overall business agility. 

- You will be responsible to design and facilitate development of seamless integration platform services and capabilities across the SOA layer supporting applications on - premises and on cloud. Also, guide project teams on impacted integration components and ensuring alignment of the overall architecture to industry standards using existing, new & emerging integration trends and patterns (like APIs, microservices, CEP, real-time streaming etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Define, design, develop and maintain MLI's integration layer to support projects in all phases of delivery. 

Key responsibilities include :

- Leading and managing teams/vendors to ensure adherence to delivery schedule as committed to customers and projects

- Integration architecture ownership and optimization

- Adoption of Robust DevOps Process for APIs (to ensure touchless releases)

- Establish principles and governing policies to support and regulate enterprise-wide integration capabilities

- Closely liaise with business, application owners and solution architects to deliver enhanced API capabilities, as needed

- Stakeholder management at strategic levels in both technical and business functions

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Understand business requirements and identify and recommend the right pattern for a solution

- Conduct integration design reviews, gap analysis and assessment to provide the means of system integration by considering the target as well as the source

- Select systems and capabilities to meet business integration requirements, and evaluate new techniques for improved functionality

- Efficient Business Microservices (Coverage / Reusability)

- Zero Defect leakage

- Reduction in Cost of building APIs

Key competencies/skills required :

- Extensive experience in design, development, customization and implementation of solution using IBM integration suite of products.

- Demonstrated competency with other application and data integration platforms (Mulesoft, Apigee etc.) and patterns - SOA, APIs, Webservices, Microservices, ETL, Event Processing, BPM, ESB

- Proficiency in implementing reliable, complex, secure, high performance and scalable integration solutions from manufacturing to production

- Strong understanding of BFSI domain, Open Architecture and application integration discipline, concepts and best practices

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desired qualifications and experience :

- B.E / MCA from a reputed institute

- 7 - 10 years of increasing responsibility within IT Organizations

- Extensive experience in Design, development, customization and implementation of solution using IBM Websphere Integration suite of products - IIB, API Connect, Datapower, MQ
