Chief Manager Secretarial & Compliance  Key Responsibilities :  Secretarial : 50%   - Working closely with the designated CS & Committee Secretaries, to ensure quality and compliant material for all Committees  - Revisiting all Committee Agenda and Minutes on account of new Secretarial standards   - Study and research on complex secretarial requirements .  - Prepare committees, board agendas and board programme etc.  - Ensuring Compliance with New Co. Act, new regulations, IRDA requirements, Secretarial standards   - Supporting in complex transactions like buy back, acquisitions, etc   - Handling external auditors, secretarial auditors and ensuring zero non-compliances  Compliance : 50%   - Assist in Implement and strengthen robust Regulatory Compliance Framework.  - Assist in Liaising with IRDA, Life council etc.  - Advising business on IRDA regulations   - Assist in implementation / interpretation of Regulatory Requirement   - Assist Handling IRDA correspondence.   - Compliance Policy Formulation & Ethics, Culture & Awareness initiatives
