Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing the HR agenda for the L&D CoE, Distribution Operations & the corporate Strategic Initiatives (Revenue) team in Agency. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for creating a high performance and positive work culture; develop the succession planning road map; manage improvement in Employee Satisfaction and gold standard execution of HR Processes.
- The role will involve execution of HR projects
Key Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition and Management:
- Deploy the recruitment plan
- Leverage the OTR process to create and execute the succession planning roadmap and Talent Management agenda
- Develop MDR into an effective, complete value proposition
Compensation management:
- Support business in decision making (Fitment) & allocation of compensation quantum
- Drive moderation of ratings for the assigned patch within timelines
Performance Management:
- Coordinate the implementation of Performance management processes
- Assist the business heads in making promotion decisions
- Identify critical positions & suitable candidates for development
- Oversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process
HR operations:
- Provide feedback on processes & enhancements required in order to ensure alignment of HR processes with business objectives
- Ensure alignment with all statutory and process requirements
Employee relations:
- Monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues, violation of ethical norms
- Provide coaching & counseling for own patch in order to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth & cordial relations.
Minimum/Specific Experience:
- Management graduate with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical skills & process orientation
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Strong relationship, networking & negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Project Management Skills
