Background

Maxlife started the Analytics CoE to embed predictive intelligence in functional processes and to raise the bar in strategic decision making through data-driven decisions.

The Analytics CoE has rapidly grown over the last 5 years, and now provides analytics services to all strategic areas of business: marketing analytics (cross-sell / up sell, customer lifetime value, etc), sales analytics, operations analytics (customer retention, customer surrenders, call centre optimization, etc), Underwriting and Claims analytics. In addition to deepening its roots within the organization, it has also widened its reach to other Max Group companies.

Our Expectations :

This role is ideal for analytics professional, with 2+ years experience, who is:

1. Proficient in SAS EG, able to develop programs using SAS Macros and leveraging existing functions

2. Exposure to R

3. Exposure to data modeling techniques

4. Worked on requirement gathering

5. Good communication skills, with proficiency in developing presentations

Job responsibilities

1. Identify high propensity recovery leads by leveraging analytics models and descriptive analytics

2. Policy Surrender risk mitigation's techniques

3. Predictive model maintenance

4. Prepare presentations to effectively communicate with the stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Interact regularly with business heads to understand key issues they are facing and appropriately design solutions though data analysis, strategy development and implementation

- Monitors project progress and regularly provide updates to key stakeholders on progress / potential delays

- Collaborates with business teams to ensure integration of insights / recommendations into business processes
