Designation - Deputy Manager - Finance (Collections)

Location - Gurgaon

KEY Responsibilities:

- Daily monitoring of collection sanity checks in collection software (myMoney)

- Monitoring and following up on General Suspense cases and ensuring timely resolution of the same.

- Daily monitoring of pending credit cases and ensuring clearance of the same

- Working closely with Banking team to ensure timely updation of realisation in myMoney

- To interact and coordinate with locations/ channel partner SPOC’s process improvements, and resolving day to day issues

- To monitor and manage customer complaint resolution for finance actionable

- Daily monitoring and reconciliation of Renewal Premium Receipts

- Daily monitoring of Detailed Application Status report (DAS) and ensuring minimum cases as finance actionable (Credit Awaited cases)

- Monthly reporting of AML to compliance

- Channel Partner collection reconciliation

- Ensure smooth month end activities through process control

- Ensure circulation of monthly dashboard

- Quarterly concall with zones on collection processes and adhearance

- Daily MIS to relevant stakeholders on collections and other activities

- Providing required MIS to Management related to Collection activities

- To work closely with HO Operations and Branches to guide them and resolve their day to day query on money realisation and related matters

- Coordination and completion of Audits including Statutory, GAAP, SOX Compliance

- To put adequate controls on day to day transaction handling to ensure that process gaps are identified and bridged

- Review and Automation of processes on collection activities

- Chalk out plans to have minimum outages in future dated transactions, General Suspense cases and credit awaited cases in DAS

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualificaiton/Experience:

- Post Graduate/MBA with relevant experience for 2-4 years. Preference will be given to candidates having worked with Insurance Industry/Others with similar profile.
