Max Healthcare - Head - Support Services (10-20 yrs)
Front Office :
- Plan, budget, organize, coordinate and direct Front Office towards optimal patient care with focus on service excellence.
- To coordinate with all departmental heads, Medical & Non Medical for smooth flow of patients.
- To design, communicate and implement SOPs.
- To keep a tab on all Front Office related policies and procedures.
- To be responsible for the efficient functioning of all front office personnel.
- To provide training & development to all new and existing personnel on a continuous basis.
House keeping :
- To ensure that all equipment, furniture, furnishings and facilities are maintained, checked and kept in good Hygienic conditions.
- To set standards for fabric care, linen & uniforms and reviewing & executing very stringent SLA driven service contracts with the Housekeeping & Laundry service providers.
- Overall in charge of room cleanliness and public area upkeep.
F & B :
- To improve the quality of food cooked at Max Hospitals & setting world class standards for food hygiene.
- To implement sustainable management system to maintain occupational hygiene.
- To handle any guest queries and complaints in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- To ensure training programs for all operations and service standards are in place and tracked
Service Quality and Service Experience
- To ensure quality of Services, exceed expectations of external, internal customer & management as a whole. Conduct surprise audits on quality of upkeep of equipment, manpower and facility. Ensure proper vendor management i.e. pest control, glass cleaning, housekeeping services, laundry etc.
- Coordinate with the SVP (Ops) and MS/ DMS to ensure service quality.
- Manage VIP Movements
- Handle IMRB scores
- Manage ASSIST
