Must be a CA with Exp of working in a Corporate Setup  Overall responsibility of the preparation of financial statements of the company. Providing of inputs for monthly MIS. Financial accounting & related compliances.   - Preparation of Standalone Financial Statements as per Revised Schedule VI of Companies Act  - Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement of group.  - Providing input data for Monthly MIS (Projects and Small Business Units)   - Co-ordination of Statutory and Internal Auditors.   - Ensure adherence to SOP’s, Internal Policies/ Process/accounting standards  - Maintenance of Project CAPEX details, Budget Trackers and Project Cost Sheets  - Capitalization of Fixed Assets and maintenance of FAR.  - Accounting and Maintaining details w.r.t Small Business Units (SBU)  - Opening of LC’s and arranging of funds for payment of LC’s   - Preparation of inputs for Audit committee meeting.  - Co-ordination with location for different reports and financial information.  - Help people to adhere to HO policies & practices w.r.t finance department.  Must be a CA with Exp of working in a Corporate Setup
