The job holder will be responsible for closely working with sales team on proposals and pitches for business. This is an individual contributor role and the job entails market research, opportunity identification, pre-sales documentation and developing go to market plans Key Responsibilities (Mention a detailed description of key areas of focus, essential functions and primary responsibilities required to be performed by the incumbent to achieve business objectives) Key Measures of Performance (Describe the major performance assessing criteria and expectations from the role)
Market analysis & opportunity mapping
- Actively track the industry developments, competitor strategies and trends
- Provide insightful commentary about market and competitors and identify areas of opportunity and threats
- Publish market intelligence reports, benchmarking analyses and other related deliverables
- Identify & build pipeline for new partner alliances in the Bancassurance space
Pre-sales
- Business proposals
- Enabling business cases in co-ordination with Finance
Go to market and project support
- Develop Go to market strategies for new partnerships
- Conceptualize business models and in-depth process designs
- Provide execution support and project tracking
- Provide ongoing support for partners post implementation
Sales support
- Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert
Measures of Success:
- Demonstrate quantitative benefits of analytical solutions and their application in everyday business of the organization and achievement of project measures of success
- Timely submission of high quality business proposals

Adept for - Story lining- through MS Power Point and Word
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients Minimum qualification Experience
- A post graduate degree in business in any discipline (preferably MBA from Tier I / II institutes)
2-4 years of post MBA experience in Consulting/ Financial Services industry. Prior work-experience in a similar role within Insurance space is preferred
