- To work with Regional Leadership team as a strategic business partner to develop and implement HR plans and solutions for his/her allocated region.
- Managing the HRBP Team and related HR activities for all the verticals.
- Serving as a strategic advisor on HR matters in the specific region to regional leaders.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Ensuring that employment practices are in compliance with both organizational and local standards.
- Consult with stakeholders to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues escalated from HRBP and senior managers.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions and job re-levelling after discussion with Head-HRBP.
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.
- Develop rewards and recognition programs and roll out the same effectively.
- Develop and maintain a robust employee communication process.
- Ensures the effectiveness of roles and responsibilities within individual Operating Units and Functions towards capability building within the organisation.
- Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Supports the identification, prioritization and communication of business needs to HR COE- s, HR Operations and Corporate HR as well as to directly participate and drive the execution in company-wide programs and initiatives (E.g: workforce planning, organisational change).
- Provide management coaching and training to front line managers and regional leaders in people practices.
- Assess business unit's managerial training needs to conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate.
- Execute - I want to work here culture- and drive action planning and execution with the help of following Employee Surveys to ensure a constant focus on improving employee engagement.
Salary offered: 10 - 14 LPA
