Role Summary

Responsible for Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Product and Service Operations of the business. This position will collaborate and work closely with all supporting functional teams to develop a new business that caters to building strategy, budgeting and stream lining financial resources, creating visibility, customer lifecycle management, generating sales and revenue.

Key Deliverables & Skills

- Develop and lead the business team, customer service team, service quality and service delivery teams and Relationship Management team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.

- Build, retain and groom a strong team of 5-6 regional heads

- Responsible for developing a business, executing action, driving revenues from various channels.

- Ensuring targets for the team are met on a regular basis.

- Constantly building avenues for business growth.

- Create blueprint and budgeting for driving business.

- Proficient in accounting for profitability.

- An experienced leader, who understands both the customer buying process and sales methodology to be accountable for business growth.

- Should have ability to identify, improve, measure, monitor and audit process metrics to deliver superior service quality significant independent judgment and rigorous analytical capability.

- Aggressive sales mindset

- Ability to persuade others at all levels of an organization to influence decision-making.

- Ability to create new revenue streams.

- High Degree of Customer Service Orientation.

- Create, develop, enhance, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to deliver concise, logical written documents and the presence to deliver the company's vision and product definitions to both large and small audiences.

- Strategic thinking for sourcing various streams of business.

- High acumen in Finance and Budgeting.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree and MBA from a tier 1 Institute is preferred. Candidates should have experience of 15-20 years in managing large sales and Customer Service force, preferably from Services Organization, BFSI, institutional and hospitality domain. Experience in managing HNI and corporate sales are an added advantage. Exposure to direct marketing and telesales is desirable.
