Brief Description about the role:

- Responsible for revenue generation and ensuring profitability of regions by handling the sales for entire region consists of Branches in Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad, Recruitment / Training / motivation of the team.

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate and MBA from reputed management institution with prior work experience of 5-8 years in relevant field of corporate sales.

Skill sets:

- Right Work Attitude

- People Skills (ability to manage large workforce, multi-location, multi-functions)

- Business Acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills

- Sales Analytics

- P & L for Operations: Responsible for Sales Budget, Revenue and profitability of sales and operations for entire region consisting of branches in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad.

- Organization development : Recruit, train and retain competent Sales and operations team

- Operations: Develop and effectively implement Retail SOPs, Uniformity, and service levels.

- Customer Service: Responsible for customer retention, renewals and reference.

- Supervising Field Sales and services team responsible for collection.
