Role :

- Strong Java J2EE and Mobility experience

- Project Planning, schedule and scope management.

- Risk identification and mitigation strategy planning.

- Communication with stakeholders and proactive expectation management

- Monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress on weekly and milestone basis.

- Process adherence, leverage industry best practices and standards for development and delivery of projects.

- Formally supervises, coaches, and develops a work group/team

- Ensures own team(s) compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal process

- Coach and guide employees within own team(s)

- Provides strategic leadership related to specific applications and systems, or software-development methodologies

- Exhibit Team leadership, mentor and motivate all around growth, manage team member's professional aspirations

- Participate in recruitment and organization's initiatives

All About You :

- Experience of managing a Project end to end (Inception, planning, execution, monitoring & control, change management, resource management, quality planning, gate reviews, reporting & communication, corrective & preventive action planning, closure)

- Experience of working in a Scrum or Safe based project

- Strong and effective Written & Verbal communication

- Experience of leading, mentoring technical teams
