SENIOR MANAGER (MDM) – MASTER MATERIAL DATA MANAGEMENT

Yrs of Experience: 8 – 10 Yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibility:

- Handling a team span of 40-80 team members in a MDM process

- Owning the operational teams and customer SLAs across single or multiple customers

- Align the team goals and targets with the Goals and Targets of the customer

- Mentor and Guide the teams on Best practices in the area of Sourcing, Contract Authoring and e-Sourcing

- Responsible for resource backup planning and resource allocation

- Should build, run and manage the governance around customer and Genpact communication enabling better visibility, transparency and partnership within the relationship

- Own the customer relationship (CPO & Manager levels) and responsible for Revenue growth within the account

Work experience background required (describe work exp of suitable candidates):

- Oil & Gas experience with exploration background mandatory.

- Strong Master Data Management background - experience in data cleansing, classification and coding of direct/indirect materials.

- Knowledge of ERP- SAP/Oracle

- Working experience of Managing Master Data base

- Team handling experience

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent client interaction skills

- Excellent communications skills

- Ability to understand End to End business

- Problem solving & decision making ability

- Exposure to Quality tools

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
