Job Title : Master Data Manager

Requisites :
- Experience of working on Project includes multiple activities like analyze their Data for Cleansing, Enriching and Mastering with respect to global standards, Legacy v/s ERP data mapping, Codification to different Taxonomies, Duplicate identification, Validation & Price books activities for items which majorly cover MRO spares & also Services.
- Diplomatic ways to handle the team in different scenarios, ensuring achievement of team goals and objectives.
- Project Management & People Management.
- Carries good knowledge on Performance Metrics (SLA & KPI) and ensure data quality service levels are met
- Knowledge on Data Governance (creating Taxonomy, Standards). Documentation of SOP for different Service Lines in Master Data.
- Quality mind set focusing on CI ideas and other initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis of process & system problems pre and post implementation and for existing production processes & systems, recommend solutions to prevent problem recurrence
- Developing data cleansing strategies & project plan for data readiness for timely SAP ERP go-live for Material / Vendor/ Service Mastering
- Carries good knowledge towards different ERP & Cataloguing applications like SAP, Maximo & Spares finder.
- Interacting with stakeholders through conference on Daily and weekly basis.
- Exposure on PSCM activities.
- Part of Hiring Team from Operations for Master Data.
- Experience on Master Data RFPs.
- Rich Experience on Material Management
Main accountabilities :
- Required to make a variety of decisions, some complex in nature, with concern for impact on others, but predominately affecting own area of control.
- Provides and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to senior management.
- Operates largely independently in meeting defined business objectives and goals.
- Performs complex tasks and participates in complex cross-area/function activities.
- Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of group/resources.
- Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions.

- Accountable for operational management of medium size function/small unit or multiple, non-complex teams, or single complex team within a project environment.
- Required to act as effective stand-in for immediate manager when necessary.
- Provides input to and implements unit/group policy within area of control.
- Accountable for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines/quality standards.
- Required to direct work within clear budgetary guidelines.
- Responsible for facilitating two way communication and building consensus within formal and informal settings.
- Required to interpret day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operational practices/work programs.
- May be accountable for on going Client management of effective client service relationship in one area of the business, by acting as main Client of contact for senior client representatives.
- Defines standards and reusable approaches within a broad operational framework
- Initiates and designs-in business process excellence improvements.
- Required to lead and manage a team.
- Allocates resources and responsibilities within the team to deliver business results.
- Evaluates direct reports and may review the evaluations/development plans of others.
- Ensures team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs.
