Mast Kalandar - Business Manager - Home Delivery/Logistics

Mast Kalandar is a North Indian fast casual chain of restaurants started by Spring Leaf Retail Pvt Ltd., a company promoted by Gaurav Jain and Pallavi Gupta. To provide a wholesome and healthy eating experience to the calorie conscious working professionals, Mast Kalandar serves the old Indian recipes with a new age perspective.

The food is cooked fresh using quality ingredients. The menu at Mast Kalandar is a mix of recipes inspired from different dishes cooked in the homes across different states in Northern India. Mast Kalandar has always striven to maintain the quality of food and service as they have expanded over the last 6 years.

Mast Kalandar currently has 60 branches in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.

The Home Delivery segment accounts for more than one third of the business and is growing.

Role:

- This is a role which will work with our National Business Manager - Home Delivery Services to grow this business.

- Apply best practices for Logistics, Planning, and Distribution all over India

- Optimise the cost effective balance between customer service and cost of deliveries

- Finalise vendor/ 3rd party contracts, negotiation, and management.

Requirements:

- BTech + MBA/ Diploma in Logistics Management

- 2-8 years of experience in Logistics in a , FnB, Courier, Home Delivery, FMCG, Retail in a similar role
