Role: Manager - Inside Sales

MartJack is looking for seasoned Inside Sales professional who is believes in data driven inside sales strategy and lead nurturing!

Requirements:

- Build a kick ass Inside Sales Engine with a focus on building a rock solid lead pipeline for India, GCC and APAC region.

- 5+ years of experience in end to end Inside Sales / Sales arena (preferably in a SaaS B2B technology based company / Retail Technology Company).

- Responsible for managing a team who will be responsible for Target List mapping, Data mining, outbound calling and lead nurturing.

- Work with marketing team for building and executing lead nurturing strategy

- Highly Result oriented, Number Driven, Efficient Team approach, Effective People Management, Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Adept at setting up Sales & SBU Operations, building teams & processes from the scratch, and optimizing productivity at sustained costs.

- Has extensive experience in using Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho or other CRM / Marketing automation tools for

- Entrepreneurial and Out of the box thinker with crazy ideas!

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside Sales space

- Education: MBA from a tier-1 / 2 B-school. However, doesn't matter if one is a inside sales Junkie.
