Duties and Responsibilities :
- Immediate reporting to Managers/Senior Research Analyst.
- Lead and execute market research and consulting assignment/projects.
- Finalize, follow and update the table of content.
- Analyze the MICRO and MACRO markets with respect to strategic issues, opportunities, market trends, competitor's perspective and other such high level segments.
- Perform and finalize market estimates and high level analysis.
- Conduct regular and timely quality check of the associate's deliverable.
- Motivate and enhance the performance of associates through regular feedback, guidance and acquired knowledge.
- Client establishment and PR activities to enhance the company brand and improvise report quality.
- Perform primary and secondary research to acquire reliable industry facts and knowledge.
- Regular update of the structure and content of the report as per industry expectations/standards and feedback.
- Validation of TOC, market estimates and other aspects in the report from the market participants.
- Provide strategic aspects to the report.
- Maintain and report required documents to the research manager during, and at the end of the report.
- Liaise with the research manager and marketing team with respect to marketing collaterals and deliverables when required.
- Generate possible topics to be taken for production.
- Assume onus of the quality and deadlines of the report.
- Associate and analyst should complete one report in association with the research manager. However, should be able to multi-task as per client's requirements and projects.
- Overall team co-ordination with management trainees, research associate and senior research analyst/research manager.
