My Six Senses is a fast-growing[e-commerce] company and the first of its kind in India started by alumni of Wharton and Duke Business Schools. Over the last few months, we have been serving customers by hand-picking and delivering the best in beauty to their doorstep. Our subscription-based e-commerce service delivers deluxe samples of luxury beauty products to women, which they can try in the comfort of their own home and subsequently purchase the full-size products with confidence.

We have already tied-up with a number of international and domestic luxury beauty brands including (L’Occitane, Kiehl’s, Forest Essentials, Make up Forever, Clarins, YSL, to name a few).

We are a self-funded company and additionally have several venture capitalists and senior industry professionals as advisors.]We are facing tremendous customer demand and need leaders to help drive the scaling effort. Accordingly, we are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial flair and passion for growing a startup to join our Mumbai office. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

In candidate selection, we are looking for either relevant experience in the Indian market or for someone with a strong passion for the space. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup with a proven and profitable business model. We are looking for people to join immediately.

Head of Marketing & Sales / Marketing Manager -

We have outlined aggressive growth targets for our customer base and are looking for someone who can drive customer outreach and acquisition across India.

This person is expected to shape and drive our marketing strategy across a range of creative channels.

We are looking for someone with a vision on how our growth targets can be achieved.This person will also manage our PR agency.

Years of experience: We are hiring at multiple levels and the years vary based on level. However, we are generally looking for people with 3 to 10 years of experience.

We would like candidates for the marketing and business development roles to have some experience in either the beauty space, luxury goods, or e-commerce.
