Marketing Professional - GTM Experience - Banking Domain (8-15 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Industry & GTM program:

1. Create strategic marketing plans to support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Collaborate with business and Solution heads to understand growth lever.

2. Key Account Marketing in US & Europe for Banking domain with focus on branding & lead generation via strategic workshops, C-level networking events, etc.

3. Overall campaign design & execution for product launch, geography & vertical industry go-to-market campaigns including all marketing areas, such as, digital marketing, analyst relations, public relations, events and direct marketing.

4. Support Channels driven go-to-market campaigns and support Consultant cobranding activities from a marketing standpoint.

5. Prepare an implementation plan to ensure the marketing plan is set-up to execute properly.

6. Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

7. Work closely with VP Marketing to realize organization business goals.

People Management

1. Enable the team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer.

2. Setting expectations, reviews, mentoring/coaching, deciding rewards, recognition, bonus, and promotions.

3. Monitor performance and drive optimum utilization of people through efficient task allocation.

4. Provide technical and functional leadership, and drive innovation to successfully deliver highly critical projects.

DESIRED PROFILE

- Engineering or MBA Graduate having over 8-12 years of experience in Marketing-Communication, Presales or Sales preferably in the B2B space.

- Experience in customer feedback, competitor analysis, planning & managing events/PR/media relations, industry associations, Go to market. Must have outstanding business acumen, messaging, storytelling skills and digital marketing skills.

- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards

- Acumen in development of marketing plans tied to sales goals, objectives, metrics and outcomes.

- Experience in effectively collaborating across multiple teams

- Knowledge of Social Media technologies.

- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, ability to work across teams with geographically distributed team members.

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt, expertise and passion for enterprise technologies. Reporting To VP-Marketing
