Marketing Procurement Professional - Bank

Bank is looking for Marketing procurement professional to join their procurement function for setting up and expansion plans for the Bank.

The individual will work closely with Technology team and other functions to understand their requirement and provide relevant solution.

This person will also work closely with Projects team and lead negotiations for all capex requirements.

Develops and manages the policies, processes and supplier base keeping in focus the Bank requirements. Develop a long term strategy and brings agility to end to end requirement without compromising on compliances.

Job Description As the Marketing procurement lead for the bank, you shall be responsible for:

- In close collaboration with Business like Branding, Marketing, Corp Communications teams have a well-defined annual plan

- Well versed with various media channels (Print, Audio etc) and how buying is done for same

- Understand Various teams verticals and their functionalities

- Experience in managing Events and activation programs

- Exposure on interacting and appointing of PR agencies

- Work closing with Branding team to standardize the branding requirements and related materials

- Experience in Social and Digital media marketing and measurement of success parameters

- Evaluate and Develop supplier list keeping in view their financials, quality and deliverables

- Should be able to challenge the processes and recommend efficiency / productivity improvement

- Would be responsible for preparation of all RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and leading the same in close collaboration with respective users

- Present executive summary to Sr. Director

- Ensure all controls are in place for all the RFPs/RFIs/RFQs in an auditable manner

Desired Profile:

Should have minimum experience of 10 years in managing various marketing and related activities, candidates with MBA are preferred.

Should have experience in working on complex requirements

Should have analytical skills to evaluate the cost of ownership

Should have exposure of interacting at Senior management level

Should have experience on direct negotiations/ engagements with suppliers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being adaptable and culturally aware.
