Job Description - Lead the marketing function for one of the fastest growing Medical Device MNCs in India.

Client Details

Our client is an American Multi-national Company operating in the Surgical Medical Devices segment. India is a key market for them and are growing rapidly with an astounding 2016. They are looking to launch a couple of new products in 2017 and want to hire a Marketing Manager who has experience in Product Launches and managing a team of Product Managers.

Description

- Support the brand with high quality, timely marketing inputs and implement tactical plans / projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management.

- Responsible to drive execution of marketing strategies through global operational product plan and prepare the organisation for launch.

- Lead the marketing team of 2-3 people for customer initiatives and contribute to the writing of brand plan, product positioning, pricing strategy and marketing plans.

- Manage the existing product portfolio and also play a significant role in launching a new product line.

- Gather data and provide inputs into the marketing plans as well as other key documents, prepare and manage product manager meetings, manage data base inputs

Profile

- Overall 8-14 years of experience in Marketing in a Device/Specialty Pharma company, with a team management experience of at least 3-5 years

- MBA in Marketing from a premier/ well -known institute preferred

- A few years of sales experience as an area sales manager / regional sales manager would be an added advantage.

- Exposure of working in a matrix organization and interacting with multiple stakeholders.

- Necessary experience in conceptualization and execution of marketing concepts, advertising development, creative agency management, planning and execution of marketing activation
