Marketing Manager, Consumer Health & Wellness
Role: The incumbent is responsible for managing the current portfolio of products and also launch of New Products in the Consumer Health & Wellness business. This involves designing a successful Launch Business Model along with designing and implementing Integrated Strategic Marketing Plans comprising of three complementary domains- Direct-to-Consumer Marketing & Advertising, Trade Marketing and Medical Marketing in addition to handling the accountability for long-term strategic and operational plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth of the business by supporting the new product launches as may be identified across categories. This would be a People Management Role with 2-3 Direct Reports
Candidate Profile: MBAs with 8-17 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Consumer, Health, Medical, Wellness, Nutrition products. Must have strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategic positioning, advertising, trade marketing, business planning. Knowledge of relevant consumer market, health care environment and competitive forces; understanding of the perspectives and motivational drives of marketing teams and trade sales forces; understanding of consumer research methodologies and interpretation of research data and analysis. Knowledge of financial management, budgeting and forecasting
Candidates with lower experience can be considered for Group Product Management / Product Management positions.
