Role: Marketing Manager - Diabetic

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the complete strategy of a division

- Conceptualizing to executing the Divisions marketing roadmap.

- Ability to identify the segments and create successful Brands

- Must have an experience of leading product management team

- Handled large portfolio of Brands

- Preparing promotional inputs like LBPs/ Visual Aids and other print material

- Preparing marketing budget, business plan Partnering with sales in setting targets & strategically exploring new business opportunities

- Coordination with departments like sales, distribution, Medical, Purchase, finance, etc for effectively implementing the plan for the brands

- Ensure marketing brand plans (strategy, messaging, and initiatives) are developed at a high standard and implemented and maximized.

- Treats sales force as primary customers and supports them with added value training and marketing programs to ensure optimal marketing message flow through by leveraging technology/tools

- Partner with the medical team to ensure use of scientific posters/publications for Specialty products.

- Ability to work in a matrix organization

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate in Science with MBA
