Exp: 11 - 17 yrs

qualification: B.Sc / B. pharma with MBA.

Roles & responsibilities:

- New Product Launches and market analysis for newer segment.

- Strategic management for portfolio.

- Product Management, Brand Management, Product Launches & Promotions.

- Develop the Brand Plan including Situation Analysis, Competitive Landscape, Market Segments, Penetration into existing and new segments, and Identify Growth Drivers for the Brand, Identify Barriers and Create Sales Tools for the Field force.

- Conceptualize & implement promotional activities such as Selection / Targeting the KOL’s (Key Opinion Leaders in the field and organizing events) as a part of market development and brand building effort.

Desired Skills in candidates: should have experience in handling super specialty pharmaceutical products.
