Responsibility:
- Formulating all below the line activities (BTL) & above the line (ATL), short term and long-term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals
- Managing entire publicity and promotional operations with a view to achieve business objectives for a specific title and ensure top line and bottom line profitability
- Generating leads and capitalizing on corporate sponsorship / partnerships and update the management about performance and facilitate the decision making process
- Conceptualizing and creating marketing collaterals in line to extend brand awareness and increase visibility for specific titles amongst target audiences
- Promotion of specific brands through special events
- Tracking competitors position in the market, pricing, discounts, promotions and product information through primary and secondary data collection points and preparing quarterly reports
- Planning & implementing internal and external communications to all tiers of management and external vendors
- Maintaining relationships with key media organizations to generate coverage for books through reviews, author interviews, event coverage etc.
- Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels and implementing customer retention programme through various schemes.
